Welcome to Key of Mastering Arabic (KMA)! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application and website (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription details, including price and duration, are displayed in the app.
Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings.

3. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit or upload. Do not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials in the app are owned by Key of Mastering Arabic LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Services.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violating these Terms.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or website.
